Where do we ship orders?

You can order our products through two sales platforms:

• Etsy – we ship to most European Union countries.
• zfabryki.pl store – we deliver within Poland.

Which couriers do we use?

We cooperate with reliable courier companies to ensure fast and safe delivery. Depending on the destination country and the size of the package, we use the services of:

• GLS
• DPD
• FedEx

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the chosen courier and the destination country. Typically, parcels arrive within:

Poland: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
